Receive Estimate

For most jobs, we can provide an estimate based on the photos you send. For larger projects such as estate cleanouts or commercial properties, we'll schedule a free on-site estimate. Before any work begins, we'll confirm the final price so there are no surprises.

We Do the Heavy Lifting

Our team arrives on time and does a quick walkthrough. Once pricing is approved and work authorization is signed, we get to work. You don't have to lift a finger—we handle all the lifting, loading, hauling, and cleanup while treating your property with care and respect.

Schedule Service

Once you're ready to move forward, we'll find a date and time that works for you. We'll provide an arrival window and contact you when we're on the way.

Responsible Disposal

After your items are removed, we sort them for responsible disposal whenever possible. Reusable items may be donated, recyclable materials are separated, and the remaining items are disposed of properly according to local regulations. Support legitimate junk removal companies who dump responsibly!

Once the job is complete, we'll walk the area with you to make sure you're satisfied before we leave. Payment is collected upon completion, and you'll be left with a cleaner, clutter-free space—without the hassle of doing it yourself.

  • Our pricing is based on the amount of space your items take up in our trailer, the type of materials being removed, and the ease of access. We provide free, no-obligation estimates before any work begins, and you'll always know the final price before we start.

  • Yes! We offer free estimates with no obligation. For many jobs, you can simply text us photos for a fast quote. Larger projects may require a free on-site estimate.

  • We remove most non-hazardous items, including:

  • Absolutely. After loading your items, we'll do a final walkthrough and leave the area clean before we go.

  • For safety and environmental reasons, we do not remove hazardous materials such as chemicals, asbestos, medical waste, explosives, or other regulated materials. If you have questions about a specific item, we're happy to help.

  • No. We do all the heavy lifting. Whether your items are in the garage, basement, attic, storage unit, or inside your home or business, we'll safely remove them for you.

  • When our schedule allows, yes! Contact us as early as possible, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

  • We accept cash and major credit and debit cards. Payment is due upon completion of the job.

  • Not always. As long as we've agreed on the items to be removed and payment arrangements have been made, many outdoor or curbside pickups can be completed without you being present.
